Questions, Asked before ordering

What buyers ask before they order, answered plainly. Anything else, write to orders@linuxpeptides.com.

1

What purity are your peptides?

Every batch is released at 98.0% or better by reversed-phase HPLC, read at the wavelength of the peptide bond. The figure for your batch is printed on its certificate of analysis.

2

How do I check a certificate of analysis?

Every box carries a batch number. Enter it at the lab’s certificate lookup, tjqxgdlab.com, to open the certificate for that exact batch, or write to us and we will send it.

3

How fast do you ship?

Lines on the shelf leave within one to two business days of cleared payment, and the tracking number is emailed the day the parcel goes. Inside the United States, delivery usually takes one to three business days after that.

4

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, one box or forty, and every parcel is tracked.

5

What does “Lands by 25 October” mean?

The line is already on its way to us. Order it now and it ships the week it lands. If an order mixes it with lines on the shelf and you would like those sent first, write to us after ordering.

6

Is there a minimum order?

No. The smallest order is one sealed box. The one exception is BAC3. Sold 10 boxes at a time: bacteriostatic water ships in its own parcel.

7

How do I pay?

At checkout you choose Bitcoin or USDT, and buyers in Canada can also pay by Interac e-Transfer, shown in Canadian dollars. Each option comes with exact instructions, and an order ships once its payment has cleared.

8

How do I read a tile?

The number in the corner is the line’s place in the table, read like an atomic number. The small figure before the symbol is the fill of one vial, the symbol comes from the product code, and the price is for a sealed box. A filled dot means on the shelf, a half-filled dot a few boxes left, an empty dot a line still landing.

9

Why do lines come and go from the table?

The table is drawn from our stock as it stands. Everything you can add to the basket is on the shelf or already on its way to us, so nothing you order waits on a backorder. A line that sells out leaves the table and returns when it is restocked.

10

Are these products for human use?

No. Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary use and not for use as a food, drug, cosmetic or household chemical. We do not give dosing or usage advice.

11

How should lyophilised peptides be stored?

Unopened vials of lyophilised powder keep best frozen at −20 °C, dry and away from light. Check the label and certificate of each line for anything particular to it.

12

What if something arrives damaged or short?

Write to us within five business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and its contents, and we will put it right with you.

13

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product names on the outside, and every parcel is tracked.

14

Can I order something that is not in the table?

We sell only what is in the table. If you need a compound or a strength that is not there, write to us and we will tell you when it is expected.
