Privacy, What we keep and why

Your name, email address, shipping address and phone number when you open an account or order, the contents of your orders, and payment confirmations.

Until you check out, your basket is kept in your own browser, not on our server.

While you browse, the site keeps a record of how it is used: which pages are opened, for how long and how far down they are read, where the visit came from, what is searched for, pressed or copied from a page, what goes into the basket and how far a checkout goes, the kind of device and browser, and roughly where the visit is from (the country, or the time zone set in the browser). It is keyed to a random identifier the site keeps in your browser, not a cookie, and the network address is kept only as a salted hash. Nothing typed into a name, email, address or password box is part of it. The record stays with us and is not sold or shared.

To process and ship your order, send you its tracking and documents, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires.

We share your shipping details with the carrier delivering your parcel, and payment details with the payment service you choose where it needs them. We do not sell your information.

To see, correct or remove your information, write to orders@linuxpeptides.com. Records kept for accounting or legal reasons are held as long as the law requires.
