We supply businesses buying for resale or for use in a professional setting. An account is opened in a business name, or in your own name where you are not yet registered.

You confirm that you are buying on behalf of that business and that you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

Every product on this site is supplied as a research chemical for laboratory research use. Nothing here is a medicine, a food, a cosmetic or a supplement. Nothing is manufactured under GMP.

Not for human or animal consumption. You accept that you will not use, resell or represent these materials for any purpose other than laboratory research, and that you are responsible for how you describe them onward to your own customers.

Import, holding and resale of these materials are regulated differently in every country. Confirming what you are allowed to receive and sell is your responsibility, not ours.

An order is an offer. A contract is formed when the desk issues a proforma invoice against it, not when you submit the order. We may decline an order or part of one, and we will tell you why.

Prices are per sealed box, in US dollars, and include freight. Taxes and duties are excluded. Prices may change without notice; the price on the proforma invoice we issue against your order is the price that binds, and a quote from the desk holds its price until the firm until date it carries. An obvious pricing error does not bind us and we will contact you before acting on it.

Minimum order $300.00 USD per order, one sealed box per line. Boxes are not split. A first order may be placed from $100.00 USD of goods.

Payment is due against the proforma before goods are released, unless net terms have been granted in writing to your account. We accept payment by Bitcoin, or USDT on Tron or Ethereum. Bank charges are the sender's.

Overdue accounts. Where terms are granted, invoices unpaid past their due date may attract interest at 1.5 percent per month and further supply may be held.

Title and risk. Title passes on cleared payment in full. Risk passes at the incoterm stated on the invoice, DAP, delivered in the United States.

You may ask to cancel an order at any time before it is packed, from the order page on your account. The desk confirms. Once boxes are picked and sealed against your order a cancellation becomes a return and clause 5 applies.

We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil. Where you have already paid, the payment is returned in full by the route it arrived.

Check the carton and the vials on arrival. Report a shortage or transit damage within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and the vials. Freight claims are filed by us.

Sealed boxes are not returnable once they have left our control, because we cannot certify storage conditions we did not hold the goods under. This does not affect a batch that is out of specification.

Out of specification. Tell us the batch number. We test the retained sample from that batch against the same specification and send you the result. If it fails, the batch is withdrawn, every account that received it is contacted, and your order is replaced or credited. If it passes, we tell you that too, with the data.

Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contracts, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Because these materials are supplied for research use, we give no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond conformity with the release specification published for the line.

These terms, the price list and the proforma invoice are the whole agreement between us. We may change these terms, and the version in force is the one published when your order is placed.

The agreement is governed by the law of the State of New York, and the courts there have jurisdiction.

Business contact details you give us when opening an account: business name, contact name, email, phone, country and the delivery addresses you save. Team members you add, with their role.

Your trading history: orders, quotes, invoices, batch numbers supplied to you, and any credit application.

A password, stored only as a salted scrypt hash. We never hold your password and cannot tell you what it is.

A first-party record of how the site is used: the pages a visitor opens and for how long, where the visit arrived from, what is searched for and clicked, the lines put in an order and how far a checkout gets. It is kept against a random visitor id this site places in your browser, with the network address stored only as a salted hash, and it is read by nobody but the desk, to run the desk.

We run no third-party trackers or advertising, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

To take and fulfil your orders, to issue and chase invoices, and to trace which batch went to which account if a batch ever has to be withdrawn. Traceability is why trading records are kept after an account closes.

The lawful basis is performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in being able to trace a batch.

The carrier, for the delivery address and contact on a shipment. Customs authorities, where a commercial invoice is required. Our bank, for a payment. Nobody else sees your account. The site is served through Cloudflare and its typefaces load from Google Fonts, so both see the connection itself, as any website host does, and neither sees what you order or who you are.

Trading records for seven years, which is what tax and traceability require. Account contact details until you ask us to close the account, then only what is attached to those trading records.

Retained samples of a batch are held 12 months from dispatch. Sessions expire after 14 days.

Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close the account and delete what we are not required to keep. Email orders@linuxpeptides.com from the address on the account and we will answer within 30 days.

Cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, plus a random visitor id in your browser's local storage for the usage record above. If you arrive on a referral link or one of our short campaign links, one more first-party cookie records which link it was, for up to 60 days, so that an account opened or an order placed afterwards can be credited to it. It holds the link's name and a click number, nothing about you. No third-party analytics, no advertising, no third party cookies.

Freight is included. The price on the list is the price delivered to your goods-in, whatever the carton weighs and wherever it is going, and there is no second invoice after it.

Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL. Ask for a specific carrier or your own account number and we will use it.

Everything ships tracked and plainly packed. There is nothing on the outer carton naming the contents.

Lyophilised powder tolerates short ambient transit, which is why it ships that way as standard. Cold chain is available on request.

On arrival, return lyophilised stock to minus 20 degrees Celsius. Once reconstituted, hold at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and use to your own protocol.

Where a line is short we ship what is on the shelf and follow with the balance at no extra cost, each consignment with its own packing list. You can ask us to hold the whole order instead: tell the desk when you place it.

Every order ships from our warehouse in the United States; nothing crosses a border, so no import duties or brokerage arise. The commercial invoice declares the goods as research chemicals at their invoice value.

We declare full value and accurate contents on every commercial invoice. Requests to do otherwise are declined.
